On 11 November 1994 Info Express Ltd was incorporated in the UK. I think the process was initiated by Mike Baker, who had been managing the Info Express Inc relationship with Geodetic Singapore for the ast few years. He recently started managing the new UK office of Info Express and was in the process of becoming an employee and perhaps partner in the company.
Mike had a lot of experience, and in my opinion Scott needed someone like him to manage business relationships, leaving Scott free to concentrate on writing code and creating hardware.

A UK corporation requires at least one director who is a UK resident, so Mike took on that role as well as the role of Secretary. Mike also had the title of Business Development Manager.. Scott was the second director and President/CEO.
For some reason there were two companies, Instant Companies Ltd and Swift Indorporations Ltd, both at the same address, involved in setting up the corporation. And for some reason each company took one share of stock…the only two shares initially issued. That quickly caused a bit of an issue with Scott.
