After Scott escaped from me on 7 August he needed a new traveling companion…a combination body guard and dog walker. I think Andrew Hill introduced Scott to Solace Global (https://www.solaceglobal.com), a high-end security company operating out of Poole. On 11 August Scott picked up Michael, who traveled with him and the dogs for about two weeks.
On August 24th Scott left Michael with the dogs and went into a Tesco store to do some shopping. When he didn’t come back Michael went looking for him and couldn’t find him, so called the police and filed a missing person report.
Three hours later Scott and two people from a mental hospital came to the place they were staying to pick up his clothes. Turns out Scott had called the mental hospital and had them pick him up. He voluntarily admitted himself to the hospital where he stayed for five weeks.
He asked Michael if he would take care of the dogs until he could figure out what to do with them. Michael agreed, and spent the next few weeks living in Scott’s chalet at Bideford Bay Holiday Park.
About ten days before Scott left the hospital he had Michael drop the dogs at a kennel and then drop the car keys at the hospital.
