He is buying quite a bit of gold from kids who go to Alaska for their “vacations” and work claims. Alaska is probably already doing that kind of thing. He also buys a lot of gold from the Solomon Islands, and says that nobody is doing anything off the mouths of the rivers.

Yes, I did work on mouths of river for both gold and diamonds in South Africa. As Diamonds wash down rivers also.
Gold in Alaska and Australia.
