Here is my responce to the claim.
I think the offer of £20000 is a resonable offer for the remaining building repairs, except for the electrical system, that has been untouched, which is in a shambols.
I think a fair value for repairs of the electrical system is £6000.
On the contents side of things, there is still lots to do. Your offer of £10000 is short, I think adding £11000, as a total of £ 21000 is fair.
I had a free room offered to me by my employer, but that only lasted four months. I would not expect to charge for the whole time of this claim, I have been living in a bedsit sense then at £400 a month. I think a fair duration to charge is one year (12 months) and not the 29+ months to date..
I have a small amount of expenses to charge back. £1100.
